A Scary Halloween!

I took an adorable hAnglar and put him in a scary scene for Drew’s Halloween card. I love how it turned out. It was one of those cards I knew what I wanted. It just took some work figuring it all out.

Can’t you just see him pedaling like crazy to get away? All those bats swirling around his head! Just in case you didn’t happen to notice the name on the mailbox.

Drew likes reading Stephen King’s books. Me, not so much! I like to sleep at night!! Drew talked about going to  Bangor, ME to see his house but we didn’t. We should have since the Adirondack’s trip was a bust. It rained the WHOLE DAY. We hardly saw a thing! Anywho, King has an iron fence surrounding his property with bats and spider webs on it. Very cool! I figured what a perfect card to make for him with the reference to Stephen King.

  2. Great card, Myrna! Excellent job of laying it out and your coloring was superb. The mailbox, bats, ghost and the Halloween ticket were great additions, too. With all that orange, I’m sure this qualifies as one your favorites.
